How do your products compare to the National Name Brands?
Our products are made for us by prominent manufacturers. Some of the same manufacturers that make and supply many of the same components and products as the national brands names. In addition, the guarantee and warranty we provide are the same as most national Brand Names.
Can I change or cancel my order once it is placed?
You have up to 24 hours after the order is placed to make changes to the order. After that time the order normally begins production and changes will most likely not be possible. Changes after this 24 hour period if possible will incur an additional fee. Please review your Order Confirmation Email immediately after you place your order to check for errors.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Free shipping within Canada and to the United States for blinds that are less than 104" long or wide. We take pride in fast shipping. Please be sure to include a physical address when submitting payment (No PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses ). Additional shipping charges will apply for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, Northwest Territories & Nunavut.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All Products are usually ship within 5 to 14 working days. Shipping times will vary depending on delivery location, but you should receive your blinds in 1-4 weeks from your order date.
Do you sell other products not shown on your site?
Everything we offer is on our web site. We feature only our most popular products as this keeps our costs down and our prices low.
I place my order online will I receive an order acknowledgement or confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an email confirming your order has been received.

Can you send me a catalog or brochure?
In order to keep our costs down and our prices low we do not publish a printed catalog or brochure but we can Ship you samples of the item.
I'm not very handy, can I really measure and install blinds myself?
Yes! Most people don't realize how easy it really is. See our detailed instructions on how to measure and install blinds and if you have additional questions please feel free to contact us.
What do you mean by inside and outside mount?
This refers to the way in which the blind will be hung, either inside or outside the window opening. Inside mounted blinds are mounted inside the window opening that is recessed from the wall. Outside mounted blinds hang outside the window opening either on the wood frame or above and beyond the wood frame. Inside mount is probably the most common way to hang blinds today and provides a nice, clean look. Outside mount are great for doors or for windows with a very shallow windowsill depth. Outside mount can also be used to make a window appear larger or to hide an unattractive window.
What is your return policy?
We do not allow products to be returned and/or refunded due miscalculations, mis-measuring, wrong color selection, or wrong blind selection by the customer. Products can be replaced due to defects in the materials and/or workmanship.
