Warranty

• Headrail - All moving parts in manually operated tracks carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty under normal use.
• PVC Vanes - Vanes are warranted against warpage, stretch, twist and excessive colour change for a period of three (3) years.
• Sheer Fabric - All fabrics are warranted for one (1) year for colourfastness and dimensional stability. We warranty fabrics against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. However, we do not warranty materials against loss of colour intensity due to long exposure to sun, loss of colour over time or exposure to salt air, or normal wear and tear.

Care & Maintenance

• Sheer Vertical Wrap fabrics are light and airy, very resilient and can be enjoyed for a lifetime. To maintain the elegant look of the sheers, we recommend using a feather duster or a vacuum cleaner on low suction setting to remove any dust. Visionelle sheer fabrics are easy to remove and may also be machine washed on a gentle cycle with mild laundry detergent in warm water. The sheer fabric must be removed immediately after the spin cycle and placed back in position on the track while slightly damp. NEVER PUT SHEER FABRIC IN THE DRYER.
