Warranty

• Headrail - All moving parts in manually operated headrail systems carry this Limited Lifetime Warranty.
• Aluminum Slats - Blinds cleaned by ultrasonic method are not covered by this warranty. Jewel and metallic finish blinds are not warranted if washed.

Care & Maintenance

• All cleaning procedures should use the technique of tilting the slats first up, then down (but not entirely closed), to reach the entire top and bottom surfaces. If dusting, use a soft clean dust cloth to wipe the blinds. If vacuuming, use the brush attachment to wipe the blinds. You can also use a damp cloth or sponge.
